Sounds familiar?
Where plastics and packaging plants lose time and margin
Resin runs out in the middle of a run
Today
Extruders stop when resin runs out, leaving machines idle and delivery commitments late.
With MG Factory
Material availability shows what resin and ink each order still needs, and the missing items are bought from the same screen.
Unplanned machine bottlenecks
Today
Jobs are scheduled on paper: a high-speed line is overbooked while another machine sits idle.
With MG Factory
Capacity planning shows the load on every work centre, letting you move runs before bottlenecks form.
Scrap and regrind disappear from costs
Today
Edge trim and purge waste are bagged uncounted, so job tickets never reflect true material yields.
With MG Factory
Tablets log scrap and regrind per run, rolling actual waste and recycled polymer into batch cost.
Untraceable reels and defective lots
Today
When a client reports defects, tracing which film roll or resin lot caused the issue takes days.
With MG Factory
Lot tracking follows raw polymer and slit reels from receipt through production to delivered cartons.
Built for you
Tools built for packaging and plastics manufacturing
Multi-level BOM and routings
Define products and sub-assemblies with scrap rates, regrind by-products and machine routings.
Work centre capacity planning
See the load on every extruder and cutter, and move production orders before bottlenecks form.
Work centre tablet screens
Operators start, pause and finish orders on tablets, logging timers and scrap on the shop floor.
Quality checks and tolerances
Record pass/fail checks, micron measurements and defect photos at receipt, in-process and dispatch.
Lots and traceability
Follow every polymer lot, masterbatch batch and reel from supplier delivery to the final customer.
Actual batch costing

FAQ
Questions we hear most
Can we import our existing BOMs and items from Excel?
Yes. Migrating items, multi-level BOMs, suppliers and opening balances is part of onboarding.
How does MG Factory handle scrap and recycled regrind?
BOMs include scrap rates and by-products. Operators log scrap and regrind on tablets per run.
Can we manage subcontracted printing or lamination?
Yes. Subcontracted operations let you send materials to outside processors and track them in full.
Is the system bilingual for Arabic and English staff?
Yes. Screens, documents and job tickets work in Arabic and English. Each user picks their language.
How is MG Factory priced? Are there per-user fees?
There are no per-user fees. In Kuwait the Essential package is KWD 45 per month per system plus a one-time KWD 100 setup, with unlimited users.
